Hi, I’m Karen Telfer and I have helped thousands of people across four continents overcome huge personal challenges.

I use a proven set of mind body balance techniques combined with intuition and 15 years’ experience.

I help people who are stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or in chronic pain, find a way forward back to balance and well-being so that they can enjoy their lives.

Stress and Anxiety

I help you let go of the limiting patterns that have stopped you from living the life you want. Slowly we unravel the stress and gently reframe the mind to enable you to be happier and maximise your potential.

Physical issues

Physical pain can be so debilitating and can affect your life in so many ways.  I have helped many people eliminate pain and live stronger lives. It can be either neck pain, back pain, sciatica problems, digestive, high blood pressure or cholesterol issues.  

Trauma and grief

Losing a loved one is hard. Leaving a relationship is challenging.  Any kind of shock or trauma can throw you off track.  Everyone needs time and strategies to deal with this.  I can help make this process a little easier and we work at a pace suited to you. 

Indecision and Overwhelm

We are constantly faced with decisions every day.  Sometimes it becomes overwhelming and confusing. You become unsure which route to take. I will help clear the fog and give you more clarity.
