Mind Body Balance

If you are struggling to achieve your goals or things are not going the way you want them to, it could be that your mind and body are out of balance. Dysfunction, conflict, dispute or disease in any area of our lives are indicators that we are out of balance. Negative patterns and beliefs also stop us from living the life that we want.

I offer techniques and strategies to clear patterns and belief limitations. These techniques support changes at a cognitive or conscious level. I also use techniques to create change at a subconscious level. When we work with this two phased approach the changes are rapid and lasting.

Each session brings clarity and I offer practical strategies to approaching life’s challenges.  The issues we work with can range from relationship, family or business challenges.  There are four simple steps;


We define a clear set of objectives for our work together.


I offer a relaxing and safe environment in which to shift the things that are holding you back. My techniques are non-invasive with very little touch with the body.


The main part of the balance helps to remove the thought patterns and limiting beliefs that are preventing you from achieving the things you want in life.  I talk you through the entire process and you can relax whilst we re-align the mind and body. This process is non-invasive and there is little touch with the body.


Afterwards, there may be a number of actions/steps or homework for you to follow – these are tailored to you and your situation.

In-house Corporate Meditation Workshops

Regular guided meditation workshops are a great way to relax your staff, and allow them to return to work feeling energised and more productive. Lasting between 30-45 minutes, these can be on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. I also provide workshops as part of a team or away day event.

During my workshops I use simple, quick and effective meditation techniques which can be incorporated into a busy schedule.

I recently attended a Meditation class with Crystal Singing bowls run by Karen. I have never experienced something like this before and I was a little sceptical. I enjoyed the experience immensely and I went back a second time. The singing bowls were amazing but throughout I felt that it was all down to Karen, the calmness of her voice and the ability she has of helping me relax.
